ll Fornaio's incredible Happy Hour does not disappoint for this hungry guy and my Posse of foodies! We were pleasantly surprised to find that on Mondays, Happy Hour prices on Food and drink specials lasts for the whole day! At our wonder server Manal's suggestion, we started with the deliciously tender and beautifully seasoned artichoke followed by the Margarita Pizza (perfect crust with the right amount of crispiness) Meatballs like Grandma used to make and a Calamari that would put all the local seafood places to shame! My friends drank from their well selected array of wines and were quite pleased. Our waters were filled and dishes cleared like a well tuned orchestra. Manager John and waiter Marco checked on us throughout our meal and made us feel like VIP's. Thanks again Il Fornaio for a Perfect Experience!

We visited this restaurant twice during our stay in Mountain View. Everything we ordered was good; the arugula salad was very tasty, while the salmon and steak were just okay. The service was great.

Love the vibe of this restaurant so much! Lilia was so great at making us feel welcome and taken care of throughout the whole meal. She was attentive without being overbearing, and her recommendations were spot on. The food was delicious, especially the seafood platter, which was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly.

Guests can choose to dine indoors or enjoy the outdoor patio, where pets are welcome. The meal began with warm, crispy bread (xtra charge) served alongside extra virgin olive oil and vinegar—simple, classic, and satisfying. The Calamari appetizer was exceptional: crisp on the outside, tender and moist inside, with rich flavor and aroma. The Linguine Mare Chiaro was another standout. Thin pasta in roasted cherry tomato sauce paired perfectly with clams, mussels, shrimps, and scallops. The seafood was remarkably fresh, flavorful, and aromatic, reminiscent of a seaside meal.
